I'm Frey. I've spent over a decade on the hiring side of the table.

As a Business Change Analyst and leader in the investment sector, I've hired across every level,  junior analysts to senior executives. I've reviewed hundreds of CVs, sat across from hundreds of candidates, and made the calls that changed people's careers.

I know exactly why strong candidates get rejected. I know what gets a CV binned in seven seconds. I know what makes a hiring manager lean forward and what makes them quietly reach for the next application.

I also know what it's like to build something from the ground up while working full-time, raising a family, and refusing to wait for the "perfect moment." I've built three businesses, written a book, and done most of it on the scrappy side.
